Under a moonlit Perth city sky, guests descended on a reimagined St Georges Cathedral, stepping into its ethereal wonderland of moody foliage and high fashion for Once Upon a Dream.
Over 330 people enjoyed the fourth annual event, as they were treated to Champagne and canapés, before a striking runway show by Elle Boutique. The parade featured seasonal pieces from designers including Ellery, Balmain and Maticevski.
Guests were encouraged to embrace the dreamy theme, and make daring choices in their ensemble – whether it be fanciful, whimsical or wondrous.
In unique silhouettes and bold head-pieces, the meticulously dressed crowd lived up to the events namesake.
Raising over $100,000 for Telethon Speech and Hearing, the charity event has become renowned as one of the highlights on Perth’s fashion calendar.
Allure South Sea Pearls donated exquisite couture earrings, designed specifically for the event.
Inspired by the moon and the stars, the delicate handcrafted earrings feature 48 white round brilliant cut diamonds, and a round pair of lustrous Australian South Sea pearls.
Model Phoebie Walton showcased the piece throughout the night, which was complemented by layered South Sea pearl strands.
Valued at $13,200, the stunning earrings were part of the major raffle, with all proceeds going to Telethon.
Allure co-founder Lindsay Youd as well as event organiser Denise Satterley drew the raffle and announced the lucky winners.
After the show, guests continued the party at COMO The Treasury, inside its lofty Postal Hall transformed with metallics, a sculptural balloon feature and dramatic lighting.
While the Champagne flowed, guests danced the night away to DJ sets by The Aston Shuffle and Luke Million.
