We make every effort to provide you with an accurate impression of our jewellery. Some items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
We guarantee all Allure merchandise. Our jewellery mounts are manufactured to the highest possible standards, with special attention paid to technical specifications. All Allure pearls are free from any form of chemical enhancement (eg bleaching and dyeing).
In the unlikely event of a fault with our product, please contact your retailer who will deal with your concerns immediately. Please refer to our stockists page for your closest retailer.
Allure South Sea Pearls will not offer an exchange or refund on items for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use. Please refer to the section Caring for Your Pearls in our pearl information guide for instruction on proper handling of your Allure piece.
All Prices listed are suggested recommended retail starting prices only, prices will vary dependant upon the pearls used. Prices are subject to change without notice.
